We understand that sometimes schedules change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedulings. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client and ensures our schedules are managed efficiently. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation/rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 100% of the total cost of the scheduled services will be applied. Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment will also be considered a no-show and the same 100% fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
